The first meeting of the Idex Mission Committee, which took place on 17 September, was a resounding success. This strategic body, chaired by Anne De Bayser, bolsters our position as a mission-driven company and helps us accelerate our positive impact.

We are committed to pushing ourselves to go ever further.

In line with our responsibility as the benchmark for local, low-carbon energy, the Idex Mission Committee has been tasked with driving the company forwards in the way it implements its environmental, social and societal commitments. The idea is to push the boundaries and maximise the positive impact we have in the regions we serve.

This first meeting gave members of the Mission Committee the opportunity to connect with the Management Committee and identify two priorities:

✅ Differentiation: how can Idex better extract value from and develop the way it sets itself apart in order to accelerate the energy transition?
✅ Talent retention: how do we attract and retain top talent?
