Sébastien: a shining example of career development opportunities at Idex

Sébastien’s story:

For the past 20 years, Sébastien Ralkos has been working at Idex to ensure upcoming generations have access to the energy they need. His trajectory within the company features a number of professional milestone opportunities.

Having joined the company as a technician, he was then appointed foreman. Five years later, he was promoted to the position of deputy operating manager at the Bobigny site, having acquired a range of technical skills and deepened his experience.

Sébastien’s career at Idex illustrates the idea that all our members of staff are free to grow at their own pace. The human scale that Idex has succeeded in maintaining is another positive point from our employees’ perspective.

Camille: career development in a nurturing environment

Camille’s story:

Camille is a junior member of staff who first joined the company as an intern, followed by three years in block-release training. She was then offered a permanent sales engineer position in the company. Because she shared the company’s values, she didn’t think twice.

“Idex is a family-run company with a great atmosphere.”

Camille works with clients directly on a day-to-day basis, providing them with solutions and assisting them in implementing various action points: · Energy management for their buildings, · Outlining energy performance action plans, · Bolstering energy efficiency action via energy-saving certificates, · Optimizing clients’ energy procurement, · Setting up new drivers for energy recovery, and more.

Client relations are an integral part of Camille’s work, which is why she feels strong communication skills and an ability to connect with clients are so essential to the job - and one of the things she enjoys most.
